Minimum 5 years of handson experience in plastic injection moulding. Ability to independently install and change moulds safely, setup machines, adjust process parameters and start production. Experience with polypropylene (PP) multi cavity mould and hot runner systems. Ability to troubleshoot flash, short shots, sink marks, warpage and inconsistent part weight and improve cycle times while maintaining quality. Experience with auxiliary equipment, take out robot experience is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing plastic injection moulds. Ability to independently dismantle, inspect, repair, fit and reassemble mould. Experience with multi-cavity moulds, ejector sytems, slides, cooling circuits and hot runner systems. Ability to diagnose mould faults, read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Experience with polishing, conventiona tool room equipments and preventive maintenance.
