Job Description
1.Responsible for customer training, onsite technical support and troubeshooting;
2.Take phone calls, answer emails, travel across US/ Canada to help customer with their questions;
3.Help change and switch new parts for damaged equipment;
4.Help introduce/ promote new products and technologies to clients, and collect market feedback and suggestions;
5.Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments,
6.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
- College diploma or equivalent, major in Computer Science, Engineering or other related majors
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the time-sensitive environment
- Experience working with A/V equipment a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 5.Working in a multicultural environment.
