Job Description
- Promote the “Fix-it-right the first time” theme to the department
- Ensure that all staff applies the fix it right concept by providing information relevant to Quality improvements
- Clarify customer’s concerns by road testing vehicles and give report based on findings
- Performs road test and clarify the concerns of the customers
- Assist service advisors with explanations to customers regarding concerns and action required or taken
Keep a record of all diagnosed vehicles with details of symptoms and probable countermeasures - Help in maintaining and enhancing the quality control system, processes and policy
- Coordinate with all QC/Road Testers & Foreman for all vehicles that requires attention
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or relevant field
- Previous Automotive Dealership experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Bilingual Communication skills
