Job Overview

Job Description

  • Promote the “Fix-it-right the first time” theme to the department
  • Ensure that all staff applies the fix it right concept by providing information relevant to Quality improvements
  • Clarify customer’s concerns by road testing vehicles and give report based on findings
  • Performs road test and clarify the concerns of the customers
  • Assist service advisors with explanations to customers regarding concerns and action required or taken
    Keep a record of all diagnosed vehicles with details of symptoms and probable countermeasures
  • Help in maintaining and enhancing the quality control system, processes and policy
  • Coordinate with all QC/Road Testers & Foreman for all vehicles that requires attention

Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or relevant field
  • Previous Automotive Dealership experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Bilingual Communication skills
