Job Description
Responsible for the overall Sales management, direction, and coordination of sales and rental activities which will result in the fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions specified in the Dubai Market
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Train guide and monitor and recruit result oriented sales consultants.
Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the company and that you are able to effectively articulate its positioning in the marketplace.
Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Property Market and service and awareness of general industry trends.
Approach personal sales activities from a strategic perspective, understanding the relative importance and priority of the current market trend and apply efforts accordingly.
Focus on assertively establishing new client contacts.
Take responsibility for your own professional development, ensuring that you have the financial literacy, negotiation and face-to-face selling skills needed to successfully do your job.
Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.
Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise
Drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell all properties listed.
Skills
Qualifications
At least 5 years sales experience importantly in real estate
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Good command of spoken and written English
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership
Excellent computer and telephone etiquette skills.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred
Experience in sales ideally in Dubai real estate
Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
Strong negotiation skills.
Goal oriented with a focus on personal development
Great Presentation and Interpersonal skills
Zeal and Hunger to exhale
RERA certified preferred
Driver’s license required
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with clients.
Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.
