Job Description
- Effectively utilize time management skills to support in scheduling marketing campaigns
- Support the marketing team in the planning of new marketing campaigns and adjustments if required to existing campaigns
- Support with the marketing calendar ensuring all scheduled activities is updated
- Utilize creativity to support the team in refining artwork
- Work alongside supporting departments including business insight to understand the return on investment on marketing campaigns
- Prepare design briefs, work with the agency to determine full scope and requirement as well as communicate realistic timelines and deliverables
- Keeps Marketing Manager informed with project status and any setbacks, seeking suggestions on new techniques to be employed if required
- Supports Advertising, Branding, Events, CSR and other internal stakeholders with the creative requirement

Skills

Job Description
– Lead the Insurance lines (Medical, General Insurance) acquisition, maintenance & renewal end-to-end process to ensure Comprehensive organization risk coverage in a timely manner.
– Ensure integrated alignment with key stakeholders involved in the insurance processes, CHRO, Local SBUs partners, Asset representative, Finance, Administration & Insurance committee with clear expectations to meet expiry deadlines (Both insurance lines).
– Propose technically, Financially & operationally strong third-party service provider to meet our cost optimization, budgetary targets & long-term strategic relationship requirements.
– Evaluate the overall Risk assessment of both insurance lines across Alkifah Group & its subsidiaries to tailor risk response strategy to reduce the quantitative (Financial consequence) & qualitative risk impact.
– Maintain Both insurance lines reporting requirements (Operational Dashboard) & ad-hoc management reports to ensure Loss ratio indicators & incremental improvement to existing policies based on data analysis.
