Job Description
AX CAPITAL, a leading real estate firm based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR operations and functions, and a good understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making by senior management
- Establish, set and deliver KPI’s and internal SLA’s as a critical support function within the business.
- Manage a team of HR professionals in the delivery of HR services
- Support design and build of HRIS
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Dubai
- Experience working in the real estate industry in Dubai is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
