Job Description
We are seeking an Online Account executive to assist in growing our online sales presence. The desired candidate will have in-depth experience working with Amazon, Noon, and other such platforms. Furthermore, should be able to expand sales via Social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. The staff will be responsible for the creation & management of listings, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product line expansion in new and existing accounts
Skills
- Responsible for the daily management of the various online platforms, including product listing, maintenance, and optimization of the listing page. • Responsible for timely processing and responding to customers’ pre-sales & after-sales mail. • Conducting market research to ensure product listing and pricing is competitive. • Handling customer returns & refunds, and customer complaints reviews. • Manage shipment logistics with sales platforms & customers. • Creating marketing strategies to increase sales. • Should be able to modify the images to fit the platform’s requirements. Additional Skills • Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. • Excellent communication skills, experienced with content writing. • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills • Adobe Photoshop and any other appropriate photo edit tools • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
