Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordination of meetings and conferences (including outside the office).
  • Organization of private and business trips, including family members.
  • Conducting issues related to the family and office.
  • Search and processing of necessary information, preparation of analytical materials.
  • Work with incoming / outgoing correspondence, conducting business correspondence – drafting

letters, requests, other documents.

  • Solving general and domestic issues related to properties.
  • Full administrative and information support of the head.

Skills

Requirements for a candidate:

  • Education: higher, preferably with a legal background.
  • Language: Russian (native) and English (fluent)
  • Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex problems.
  • High level of diplomacy.
  • Fluency in all office programs.
