Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Coordination of meetings and conferences (including outside the office).
- Organization of private and business trips, including family members.
- Conducting issues related to the family and office.
- Search and processing of necessary information, preparation of analytical materials.
- Work with incoming / outgoing correspondence, conducting business correspondence – drafting
letters, requests, other documents.
- Solving general and domestic issues related to properties.
- Full administrative and information support of the head.
Skills
Requirements for a candidate:
- Education: higher, preferably with a legal background.
- Language: Russian (native) and English (fluent)
- Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex problems.
- High level of diplomacy.
- Fluency in all office programs.
