Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with overseas factory counterparts and suppliers.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators of revenue and profit targets are met.
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting for regional logistics centre.
  • Implementation of legal requirements and customs regulations for logistic processes.
  • Drive continuous and permanent customer satisfaction to ensure high level of service delivery.
  • Skills

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of professional logistics experience.
    • Strong hands on experience in MENA region with full understanding of import-export requirements, customs regulations and local laws.
    • Relevant and advanced qualifications in logistics covering warehousing and distribution.
    • Requires minimum 3 years management or supervisory role experience (team leadership).
    • Proficient in MS office (mainly Advanced Excel) and SAP.
    • Project management experience.
    • Strong customer relationship management skills.
    • Ability to prepare and analyse reports and communicate at all organizational levels.
