JOB DECRIPTION
- Maintain bio-metric system in different office locations and generate daily attendance report. Coordinate with timekeeper for daily site staff daily attendance and update in the system on daily basis.
- Assist in payroll Preparation, overtime, addition and deletion of employee’s name and bank details.
- Prepare leave salaries, and final EOSB calculation.
- Preparing Employee Contracts, Offer Letters, Employment Certificates, Experience Letters, and other letters as requested.
- Assist in preboarding and onboarding process.
- Monitoring the validity of staff visas, Work Permits, and passports to renew or extend it before the expiry date.
- Supporting the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems.
- Provide exceptional Employee relation in all matters related to human resources and resolving grievances in a professionally manner.
- Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary, which includes re-defining Job Description and setting up of KPI.
- Support in managing the insurance policies including the administration, addition, deletion of members, proper entitlement application, and medical insurance process assistance.
- Support in managing staff’s probationary performance and evaluation to recommend confirmation.
Skills
Education : Having a degree holder in Human resource management.
Effective in english communication.
