Job Description

We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and operation of our facilities.

Maintenance and repairs: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all building systems and oversee repairs as needed.

Safety and security: Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and oversee emergency preparedness plans.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and be able to coordinate and manage all aspects of our facilities’ upkeep and operation.

  • A degree or certification in management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage a team of maintenance and cleaning staff.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
