Job Description

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records,
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Presentable and proactive individual who meets these qualifications and is passionate about providing excellent administrative support.
