Job Description
ROLE SCOPE:
Overseeing and analyzing cost expenditures and purchases within the organization. Review end-end business operations , record data, and make recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES (However, not limited to)
Prepare and consolidates annual budgets and business plans in coordination with the Company’s organization heads and other finance departments. Monitor the expenditure budget
Prepare monthly reports to the management and the shareholders as well as quarterly reports and presentations to the board.
Set-up of the budget and reporting process.
Conduct variation analysis and estimates. Challenge the business line on their submission and forecast to reduce costs.
Control Product Cost – through analysis of the cost elements (Material – Manpower – depreciation and other manufacturing expenses. -From factory level down to product level, with alternative plans to ensure reaching the best product cost.
Enable management rapid decision-making based on accurate financial information in a timely manner.
Build capacity module to measure the capacity based on the produced items and suggest the proper mix forecast.
Measuring the capacity utilization and build the capacity forecast for the future period .
Support Product sales pricing.
Profitability reporting ( Factory level – -Customer – product – Sales order – Channel – Material Group )
Analyze and report material costs and usage including variances, analyses production variances and provides reporting and explanations.
Partnership with operations team to provide financial analysis and support to improve performance & productivity
Monitor internal processes of the finance and other operational departments, recommendation of changes to improve operations
Report to the management potential issues affecting expenses and cash flows & potential cost in the group
Review and examine financial statements before submitting to external auditors for review to ensure correctness and timeliness of reports
Skills
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational qualification (in Finance/Accounting)
- Eight (6) years of related experience, of which at least Five (5) years in an industrial environment.
- Strong domain functional finance process knowledge.
- Functional SAP FICO skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Able to collaborate and interact with client effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be able to collaborate and lead the team members to manage the deliverables.
- Must be have good experience in SAP KSA localization and law.
- CGA or CMA accounting designation..
