Job Description:

  • Preparing ingredients and recipes based on restaurant’s standards
  • Measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
  • Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
  • Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • 38 years old and below
  • At least 2 years of UAE experience on the same role
  • Preferably with High-end/fine dining/5-star hotel experience
  • Must have French or Mediterranean cuisine background
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
