Job Overview
Job Description:
- Preparing ingredients and recipes based on restaurant’s standards
- Measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 38 years old and below
- At least 2 years of UAE experience on the same role
- Preferably with High-end/fine dining/5-star hotel experience
- Must have French or Mediterranean cuisine background
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
