Job Description
We are currently looking for a Charters Sales Executive to join our team.
The role encompasses managing all aspects of charter flights from initial enquiry, to contract to post-flight operational support as well as being responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage charter flights bookings, creating and sending competitive charter quotations and provide best customer service
Monitor current operations to make sure they are running smoothly and maintaining our position as the intermediary
Responding to charter enquiries, sourcing solutions to find the best solution to meet customer needs and actively manage fixtures
Carry out ad hoc duties and provide support to the team as required to ensure the delivery of bookings and sustain activities to support the growth and development of the Charter team and the company
Create and produce contracts and documents from our standard templates
Assist with the management of existing charter contracts
Build good relationships with both charter flight Clients and Suppliers
Skills
Requirement and Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of Charter sales experience
Gender: Female
Comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry
English fluency
Proven track record of selling charters
Strong commercial acumen
Strong sales background
Excellent communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
Flexible attitude
