Job Summary:
The Call Center Agent will provide a professional, effective and advanced channel of communication with all MAGRABI clients using MAGRABI Call Center technology and software in order to better serve, respond and interact with all MAGRABI clients and prospects while applying MAGRABI Standards of service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls to MAGRABI Call Center in a professional manner.
- Respond to all clients queries as per MAGRABI standards and policies.
- Manage appointment setting using MAGRABI software.
- Handle patient complaints as per MAGRABI policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all missed calls are called back on the same day.
- Undertake any other task given by his/her up line direct supervisor.

Skills

- University graduate
- Previous experiences is preferable
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Computer Skills is a must
- Dual keyboard skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets
