Job Description:
- Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels
- Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurant’s quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly
- Lead the team to follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices

Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years’ experience in a related role from any 4* or 5* hotel or multi cuisine/ international cuisine restaurant
- Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
