1. Stainless Steel Coil Slitting Machine Operator Operate and monitor stainless steel coil slitting machines for accurate cutting and processing. Set up machines according to coil thickness, width, and production requirements. Load/unload steel coils and adjust knives, spacers, and machine settings. Check slit width, edge quality, and finished coil dimensions. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic operational issues. Follow safety procedures and maintain production and quality standards. Experience in stainless steel/metal coil slitting is preferred. 2. Airless Spray Painter Operate airless spray-painting equipment for industrial/metal surface painting. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, sanding, and removing rust or contaminants. Mix and prepare paints/coatings according to manufacturer specifications. Adjust spray pressure, nozzle size, and application technique for proper coating thickness. Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity, defects, runs, and coverage. Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, pumps, and other painting equipment. Follow PPE, safety, and environmental procedures. 3. Machine Shop Electrician Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in machine shops. Diagnose electrical faults in CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, compressors, and other industrial equipment. Handle motors, control panels, sensors, switches, contactors, relays, and electrical wiring. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics. Ensure proper grounding, electrical safety, and compliance with workplace standards. Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Industrial/machine-shop electrical maintenance experience is preferred.
