| Job Description |
|
Lead small teams of engineers to conceive, develop and support mobile computing PDAs running Windows Embedded Operating Systems. Candidate would be responsible to estimate scope of effort, generate/maintain schedules, mentor/lead other engineers on their team, coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, and perform hands-on development and debug activities. |

Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Masters degree preferred
- Global travel required
3+ years leading small software engineering teams (2 or more people).
4+ years experience in Embedded Software Engineering.
10+ years experience in Software Engineering (includes embedded).
3+ years programming experience with embedded operating system(s).
Knowledge of embedded ARM or Intel microprocessors.
Fluency in C programming.
Experience writing Windows or CE Device Drivers is a plus.
Experience writing Radio Drivers is a plus.
