Position Vacant HR Relocation Manager
Job Description
My client is real estate Company looking for relocation manager in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Rewards regarding all relocation activities.
The Role:
The role is focus on moves towards Dubai with an urgency to set up policies and procedures for upcoming relocations towards international locations. Key dimensions of the role will be to set service delivery which bring alive the Arabic hospitality culture and the employer/employee brand within the relocation experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:
• Provide a senior point of contact regarding all relocations issues;
• Partner with HR teams, business units and vendors to provide an effective relocation management service;
• Liaise with third party providers regarding relocation requirements;
• End-to-end relocation management;
• Directly responsible for Senior Management level moves;
• Support developing a relocation policy and procedures;
• Develop relocation metrics and tools (ex: cost estimate);
• Additional ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Rewards.

The Person:
The successful candidate should have relevant previous experience dealing with relocation. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of the assignment management life cycle and the associated issues
