Position Vacant Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Role Purpose
To lead and manage the HR Department, defining, developing• and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures, under the direction of the Regional HR Director, and to contribute to the development of the corporate HR provision that meets the needs of the Business.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures• through leadership of a specialist HR Department team; setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees - in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
Provide• professional advice and guidance to internal customers at all levels in the business on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
Contribute to the development of overall HR strategy for the overall• business, which supports and enables the achievement of Company objectives.

University degree /or professional qualifications.•
Experience
7 to 10 years of experience in a generalist HR field•
