Position Vacant	Editor Customer Magazine and Employee Communication
Job Description
Apply Corporate Communication Strategy by implementing Key Messages and Vision of Siemens Corporate and Siemens Ltd. Project management and budgetary responsibilities in coordination Magazine planning including time frame for production process in close cooperation, (Editorial Planning) Determining main topics in close cooperation with CC Head and aligned to the strategic topics Selecting of articles as well as defining the contextual alignment upper management (customers and within the Siemens Organiztation) Interview skills for Determining the layout of individual editions in close cooperation with the graphics and agency participating (define picture world aligned to companies image) Set up Scheduling and participating in editing conferences (face-to-face/telephone /online) Continually informing the teams regarding the current status of the respective edition(s) Support while developing the storyline of an article Consulting on journalistic forms to communicate topics in the best possible manner Research regarding quiz topics, prize drawings and dispatch of gifts (employee news letter) Writing and revising of articles Coordinating the release process through team Coordinating the copy approval of the articles into English and Arabic Proofreading of the Arabic and English edition Release and monitoring of production including corrections and distribution Closed Cooperation with Siemens Headquarters in Germany to use Synergies and place articles of Siemens ltd. In the headquarters news letters.
