Communicate with customers and vendors
Coordinating calendars, meetings, travel for management
General administrative support to management team.
Desired Profile
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role
Bilingual (French/English) is required
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and administrative support
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
