Desired Profile
The successful candidate will possess a degree or equivalent in Hotel Management and have at least five yearsâ€™ of experience in a managerial role. This hands-on position, with emphasis on the Food and Beverage Department, will also entail Management duties in the daily operation of a busy cottage colony. A smart appearance, outgoing and pleasant personality and ability to train and motivate team members are essential along with a working knowledge of aspects of a hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join a very successful Management team in one of Bermudaâ€™s premier resort properties. Applications are being accepted for the 2008 season, beginning March 13th. References from previous employer required.
