Senior Management/ Performance Management
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualification & experience criteria:-
• Bachelor’s Degree. Professional Training/Certification in Compensation & Benefits.
Relevant years in providing C•&B services in large professionally managed organization, preferably in Telecom or services sector.
Experience in Hay Method of Job Evaluation.•
Good Language Skills and• ability to produce and present reports and recommendations.
Good PC Skills• and proficiency in MS Office Package.
Good communication ability• & ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
This position requires expertise in designing compensation structure and variable pay/pay-for-performance programs. The principal functions are: • To conduct periodical salary and benefits surveys and to develop appropriate compensation packages benchmarked to the relevant peer group markets for the various businesses of the company.
• To support organizational review/restructuring and to carry out job analysis and evaluation to determine appropriate salary grading.• To design attractive and performance driven variable pay plans and incentive systems for different business/operational teams.
• To design and implement various long term incentives and retention programs including contributory superannuation Plans and ESOP.
• To establish, review and enhance Executive Remuneration Policies for Corporate and Business Unit Managers |
