Recruitment Executive-Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provides support for the project managers by availing field staff for existing and upcoming projects.
2. Plan the crew of projects at the time of mobilization and demobilization of projects.
3. Manage the stand by employees.
4. Determine the labor demand in various job categories of field staff.
5. Determining labor supply of internal movements caused by transfers, promotions, turnover, retirements, etc.
6. Determining labor surplus or shortage.
7. Determining labor demand derived from new projects / existing projects.
9. Predict an organization's future demand for all job categories employees.
10. Retrieves, compiles, and prepares various human resource forecast reports.
11. Coordination with various departments to identify the manpower needs (vacancies).
12. Conduct research and select the most suitable recruitment and advertising agencies.
13. Carry out necessary activities to resource applicants for the vacancies.
14. Carry out necessary paperwork to obtain the appropriate approvals.
15. Coordinate with various individuals to conduct technical interviews and assessment.
16. Carry out necessary activities and paperwork to select and employ the most suitable candidates.
17. Conduct HR interviews and assessment.
18. Manage the contracts with the recruitment and advertising agencies
19. Keep good track of CVs by maintaining database.
Desired Profile
Person Specification (education, skills, experience, etc.).
Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures.
Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including PowerPoint or MS Word, and Excel, and Lotus Notes.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
University graduate or equivalent, relevant years of recruitment/ manpowering planning experience
Should be a hard worker, and possessing good personal skills in the following:
