HR Manager
Job Description
Recruitment and Selection
Identification of vacancies in liaison with• recruiting managers and Senior HR Advisor;
Sourcing (and sifting) of• appropriate CVs though a chosen variety of methods;
Arranging and• participating (if required) in interviews and selection testing;
Advising• and gaining agreement with managers with regard to contractual offers and reviewin`g and issuing contracts of employment;
Negotiating with• candidates as required, in conjunction with the recruiting manager;
New Starter Process
Organising the mobilisation of new starters into the• region;
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the new starter• process;
Assisting managers with the induction process;•
Leavers Process
Conducting Exit Interviews with leavers and collating and• communicating trends for use in policy reviews;
Preparation of Final• Settlements for leavers in conjunction with the Finance Team;
Ensuing the• efficiency and effectiveness of the exit process;
Policies and Procedures
Advising both managers and employees on HR best practice and• Company policies and procedures;
Reviewing and updating policies and• procedures in con junction with the Regional HR Manager;
Assisting the• Regional HR Manager with the annual Salary Review Process;
Liaising• regularly with PROs to ensure correct labour and residency permits are in place for all staff;
Authorising timesheets as required;•
HR Initiatives
Participating in regional HR initiatives as required by the Regional HR• Manager;
Ad hoc duties as required.•
