Position Vacant	PURCHASING MANAGER
Job Description
With 3 – 4 years relevant experience in similar position in a International Luxury hotel in the Middle East • Responsible for purchasing all the hotel’s operating supplies including food, beverages, equipment, tools, linens, furniture and operating items with highest quality standards • Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system such as FBM and other related software • Ensure that company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times, whilst meeting the needs of the business • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • An eye on controlling costs but does not affects the quality of the hotel items • Good communication skills in English
