| Job Description |
The General Manager (GM) will have full profit and loss responsibility for the two project companies.

| Desired Profile |
The prime focus is to deliver the projects on time and within budget as well as to manage the sourcing of project funding and the normal day to day operational activities. Of particular importance is the marketing and sales of the developments. This will entail selling individual units and or entities taking into account both market demand and the requirements of the project.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned veteran with a proven track-record in managing multi-faceted, fast track developments of this nature.
