Position Vacant Project Planning & Reporting
Job Description
Mission of Function:
Planning & Reporting function to support the Siemens/Nour Consortioum Project Management Organization in the
management of the scope of work execution for the SRO Railway Signaling and Communication Systems project within the contractual time schedule.

Function performs as an individual contributor to the coordination of planning and monitoring of all main and sub-system
elements for both off-shore and on-shore scope of work covering the scope of all Consortium Partners and sub-suppliers.

Responsibility / Tasks
1-Maintain the project planning data element structure throughout the predefined
structure levels that would include contractual target dates as updated from time to
time through commonly agreed element updates
2-Coordination of all Consortium Partner planning inputs for off-shore and on-shore
elements/work packages to ensure complete coverage of the contractual scope of
work for system implementation (Equipment deliveries - on and off-shore, Civil
Works, OSP, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Putting-Into-Operation-PIO)
and delivery of contractual services e.g. Training
3-Establishment of milestone data and early warning indicators for critical path
elements to ensure focused monitoring of the KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
including risk and dependency indicators.
4-Implementation of a monitoring and controlling systematics for the full scope of
work of the Project to effectively manage on a timely basis deviations from targets
to ensure early detection of the devaitions and the relevant impacts.
5-Preparation of monthly performance reporting to the Consortium Project
Management team to highlight deviations with related impact anaysis and recovery
planning
6-Preparation of the Consortium's Monthly Progress report inaccordance within the
established format/structure guidelines as per the Contractual requirements

Professional Experience:3 -8 Years management experience

Project Experience:5 Years Project Management experience.
Exeperience in Civil Engineering Turn Key Project

Leadership Experience:3 - 5 Years experience in a position of leadership is highly desirable

Intercultural Experience:Internationa/Intercultural Project Business experience is desirable
Education
Diploma / Degree in Engineering is preferred.Specialist training in the field of Project Management
Minimum Experience 3 years
Maximum Experience 8 years
