Core Purpose of Job :
To ensure all Bakery Products are manufactured to fulfill internal customer requirements confirming to laid down quality standards and specifications.
To ensure that all necessary resources are available and utilised in sage and efficient manner to meet customer expectations. |
| Employer Profile |
Essential :
Formal educational qualification up to Bachelors level or Diploma.
5 yrs experience in similar position in an FMCG environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards / ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety
Experience in production of Bakery Products preferred.
Desirable :
5 Yrs experience in operating fully automated Bakery Plants.
