Symbyo Technologies is seeking a Top-Notch Software Testing Manager to join its growing team. You will manage the testing team of a very advanced medical applications used to plan medical surgeries. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, technical expertise and communication skills. The individual must possess thorough understanding of QA Principles, techniques, & technologies and be able to work in an Agile development environment. Must have significant expertise with Performance testing, Benchmarking and Testing Automation Techniques and Concepts. Understanding of 3D Visualization Concepts, Medical Imagining and/or Biomedical Engineering background is a plus. Primary Responsibilities: •Manage and coordinate between the Testing team and the development team •Develop test plans and procedures for software products and systems. •Identify, analyze, and document all programming errors (software bugs) and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications. •Work directly with the product development team in establishing product acceptance and performance criteria for new products. •Be responsible for the analysis, reporting and communication of test results on all assigned projects. •Help evaluate product and application defects reported by customers and make recommendations for their correction. |
