| Job Description |
System Capital Management (SCM) Estate is a specifically created company to develop boutique hotels, serviced apartments and mixed use development projects in Ukraine.
Currently SCM Estate owns and operates the Donbass Palace – A member of Leading Hotels of the World – and Opera Hotel also a Member of Leading of Hotels of the World. SCM is currently considering projects in Ukraine and Europe.
THE HOTEL: The Donbass Palace – www.donbasspalace.com is located in Donetsk Ukraine and consists of 129 rooms and suites. Donbass Palace is also a member of LHW. The hotel consists of an Italian restaurant, an asian restaurant, a brasserie and an international cuisine restaurant which doubles up as a banquet room, a lobby lounge and a bar. Other facilities consist of a casino, spa and fitness centre and meeting facilities for up to 150 persons. The Company also owns the Opera Hotel in Kiev Ukraine.

THE POSITION: We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our new team as an Asian Specialty Chef
THE INDIVIDUAL:
1. Reporting to the Executive Chef of the Hotel.
2. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Asian Chef in luxury hotels
3. All he should have an artistic flair and eye for detail and demonstrate that he can produce good lucking and tasting food items.
4. Excellent leadership skills and ability to train individuals would be of utmost importance.
5. This position is only available on a single status basis.
