CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experienced as an Operations Manager / General Manager within the international five star / restaurant market
Must have experienced in developing operations from scratch
Must have experience opening a destination restaurant or at least five years’ experience in a media renowned destination restaurant
Strong self-starter
Team Player
